Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product is defective upon delivery.

Return Request

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by providing:

• Order number
• Product photographs
• Description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of food products, opened, used, or consumed items cannot be returned.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
